Join us and bring a friend! We will be making something fruity just in time for summer. This is a hands-on class where you will be guided through an entire recipe, and taking a jar home.
You will also learn how to continue canning at home, and how you can create a small business under the Cottage Food Law.
The $10 fee per participant includes 1 free guest. Each paying participant will be able to take a jar home.
Please allow 24 hours for the jars to finish processing (cooling). Jars can be picked up after that.
The cost covers canning equipment, materials, food, and facility use.
